SWS technicians Rich, Tiger, Andrew and Matt were at a customer’s facility for preventative maintenance and parts replacement service.
The customer has a total of four stretch wrappers
2 – Wulftec WCRT-200
1 – Lantech Q1000
1 – ITW / MIMA
SWS technicians replaced worn parts such as bearings, rollers, air cylinders, gear boxes, bottom plates, carriage accessories & and conveyor chains.
After replacing any necessary parts, SWS adjusted machines to operate correctly during the entire wrap cycle as well lubed & greased all of the customer’s machines.
