Eastey Case Sealer

SWS Packaging removed the customer’s old case sealer and installed their new Eastey model between a fill station conveyor and a palletizer conveyor.  Leveled to height for their existing setup.

This machine is running a tape head that can seal boxes using up to 3″ wide tape rolls.

Mounted SquidInk printer to case sealer frame to ensure that when printing the message it applied perfectly horizontal on the box.

Programmed 3 messages in printer set up to print the date, lot number, box number and the name of the product.
