This Wulftec SMH-200 includes a 30″ film carriage with the Rapid Film attachment, a unique and patented device that creates super strong “bands” out of a specialized roll of film. While a normal roll covers the entirety of the pallet, the “bands” created from the specialized Rapid Film act as strong topple prevention that even maintains the rigidity of a wrapped pallet when it is partially opened from the top.
The mini HMI touchscreen control panel allows for 3 custom wrap patterns and you can see in the video below how with custom programming to this SMH-200, the load is tied down to the pallet using the bands created from the specialized Rapid Film roll.
