30″ carriage with extended height tower for wrapping taller loads

Pedestal for load release and estop on opposite side of machine for operator use

1 infeed section, process conveyor, 1 outfeed section

Programming was done to allow machine to receive loads from a tcart.  This cart picks from 8 different lines and loads all pallets on Wulftec conveyor.  Once on, program is designed to associate a number to the pallet of 1 or 0.  This tells our wrapper to either wrap or not wrap the load.

Uses a forklift detection photoeye to see tcart and this results in our conveyor waiting to run until the tcart has retracted it’s forks and started moving away and will avoid our conveyor running while cart is still dispensing and having boxes fall over.

Modified fence from original drawing to work with fencing on robot cells and tcart.
