45 rpm machine (30 rpm rotary arm and 15 rpm turntable)

Light curtains monitoring wrap zone and pallet stacking zone.

Pallet stacker allows for double stacking of pallets before exiting system.

Label machine is incorporated with wrapper to apply labels to pallets before exiting.

2 fanuc robots apply corner board to each pallet during wrap cycle. These robots are set up to pull corner boards from appropriate magazines based on pallet and wrap recipe ( 48” or 42” height ). They touch the pallet on the first 2 corner to reference the exact edges and then place the next set of 2 in the same location once the pallet has turned 180°.
