20” carriage with load holding air cylinder

Removed 30’ of infeed conveyor, machine, and first 30’ + last 30’ of outfeed. Left the middle 80’ of outfeed at old location and rewired accordingly at new building.

Maneuvered conveyors out of building with pallet jacks to loading area.

Removed all electric for conveyor motors and photoeyes and rewired in new location after removing sections.

Fabricated chain guards to compensate for reversing direction of infeed.

Adjusted program to remove extra photoeyes and timing for infeed conveyor.
