Wulftec WCRT-200 Automatic Rotary Arm Stretch Wrapper

The Wulftec WCRT-200 is a conveyorized automatic rotary tower stretch wrapper built with a heavy duty all steel construction. The 4 column rotary arm wrapper is the conveyorized cousin to the Wulftec WRTA-200.

The rotary arm wrapping process allows the user to seamlessly wrap a wide frequency of pallet sizes, shapes and weights. Safely meeting the needs of virtually any application and allowing access for forklifts as well as pallet jacks.

Wulftec’s NO-THREAD pre-stretch carriages come in 20″ & 30″ sizes to meet your application’s precise wrapping needs. With a pre-stretch ratio that can go from 50% to 300%, you can rest assured that our technicians will have your Wulftec WCRT-200 dialed in for efficient film use and wrap speed, reducing costs and labor hours.

No threading required!

Pneumatic cut & wipe

Automatically cuts and applies the film to the pallet after the wrap cycle is complete.

A vertical roller places the film over the Wulftec film clamp which holds the film as a heat wire is swung in, cutting the film.
