Wulftec's NO-THREAD® Powered Pre-Stretch Carriage
Wulftec's "maintenance free" film carriage uses spring loaded rollers that ensure optimal contact with the film while delivering pre-stretch ratios from 50% to 300%. The angled carriage allows very low wrapping around a pallet, resulting in sturdier pallets. No film threading required! Open the gate, pull the film through and close it!
Pneumatic cut & wipe system
Automatically cuts and applies the film to the pallet after the wrap cycle is complete. A vertical roller places the film over the Wulftec film clamp which holds the film as a heat wire is swung in, cutting the film. A timed impulse heat control allows for quick cool down so the heat wire becomes cold to touch within 5 seconds.
